Pitchess includes separate custody facilities/areas. Because the exact location matters when coordinating a visit, I ask customers to provide the incarcerated person’s current facility information before an appointment is scheduled.

Important Location Note

Please do not assume that ‘Pitchess’ alone identifies the incarcerated person’s exact location. Confirming the facility before travel is an important part of coordinating the appointment.

Document Preparation

Please provide a copy of the document in advance whenever possible. The document should be prepared for the incarcerated individual to review and sign. I cannot prepare a legal document, determine how questions in the document should be answered, or provide legal advice.

Facility Operations

Pitchess is a secure correctional environment. Access and scheduling remain subject to LASD rules, security procedures, facility operations and signer availability. NRH Mobile Notary Public cannot override facility restrictions or security decisions.
