NRH Mobile Notary Public provides appointment-based mobile notary services for individuals housed at North County Correctional Facility (NCCF) in Castaic, California.
NCCF is a separate LASD custody facility from the Pitchess Detention Center facilities. That distinction is important when arranging a notarial visit.
Confirm the Signer’s Location
- Signer’s full legal name
- Date of birth
- LASD booking number, when available
- Confirmation that the signer is currently at NCCF
- Requesting party’s contact information
- Document requiring notarization
Documents Requiring Notarization
I can perform lawful California notarial acts when the signer and document meet California requirements. The document should be prepared before the appointment.
My role is to perform the requested notarial act – not to determine whether a particular document is legally appropriate for the signer.
Security and Access
NCCF controls access to the facility. Facility operations, security conditions, lockdowns, movement of incarcerated individuals and other circumstances may delay or prevent a scheduled visit. A scheduled appointment therefore does not constitute a guarantee of facility admission.
