Specialized Notary Service for Detained Individuals
NRH Mobile Notary Public provides specialized mobile notary services for authorized notarizations involving detained individuals at the Adelanto ICE Processing Center in Adelanto, California.
I am Nicolas Rosado Hernandez, a commissioned California Notary Public and owner of NRH Mobile Notary Public. I specialize in correctional and detention-facility notarizations and work with attorneys, law offices, families and other requesting parties when a detained individual needs a document properly notarized.
Services are provided by appointment and subject to the facility’s current access, security and authorization procedures.
Attorney-Coordinated Notary Requests
I provide services for immigration attorneys who are coordinating document notarization for detained clients at Adelanto. When an attorney is involved, I request sufficient information in advance to determine the purpose of the notarial visit and to coordinate the request under applicable facility procedures.
NRH Mobile Notary Public does not represent the detained individual in immigration proceedings and does not provide immigration legal services.
Information Needed Before Scheduling
- Requesting party’s full name, telephone number and email address
- Detained individual’s full legal name, A-Number when available, and date of birth
- Confirmation that the individual is currently detained at Adelanto
- Description or copy of the document requiring notarization
- Attorney information when the request is attorney-coordinated
- Any relevant facility authorization or scheduling information already obtained
Document Preparation
Documents should be prepared in advance. As a California Notary Public, I cannot determine which legal document a person should use or provide legal advice about how the document should be completed.
Facility Access Is Not Guaranteed
Detention facilities control their own security and access procedures. A scheduled notarial service does not guarantee that a notary will be admitted or that the detained signer will be made available at a particular time.
Facility restrictions, security conditions, lockdowns, changes in housing, transportation, attorney-access requirements or other circumstances beyond my control may affect an appointment. Each request is therefore reviewed individually before travel to Adelanto.
